Joyful, practical stationery to cheer up your desk
Possibly the easiest way to lift your mood when working, whether in a corporate building or a home office, is to add a little ceremony to the proceedings. Allocate a mug as your ‘desk mug’ and stick to it, so that trips to the kitchen become special tea breaks. Crack open a fresh new notepad for focused jotting, or re-order those pens that always help get your creativity flowing.
A stylish desk needn't be bare - in fact an antique desk might benefit from the protection of a desk mat or laptop stand - so don't shy away from adorning it. A lovely desk lamp can really brighten up the space, whether on or off, and we like to think of choosing something a little eccentric to create your desk vignette. All you need now is a desk chair!
