Candied celeriac mejadra
Helen Graham presents a delightful way to spice up celeriac

Rhapsody
Mejadra is a Lebanese dish of lentils, sweet spiced rice and caramelised onions. It’s got so much going on and is extremely moreish. This is my spin on it with the addition of celeriac – one of my favourite winter vegetables. Serve as a complete meal or a side dish.
