Peppers stuffed with tuna
Joe Trivelli, head chef at the River Café, shares a recipe from his book, The Modern Italian Cook. "I was sent a bag of small, mixed peppers in my vegetable box. My first instinct was to stuff them, like the beautiful jars of tuna-filled peppers one can buy. These are not the traditional method and are intended to be eaten straight away."
