Vegan chocolate truffles

Name: Vegan chocolate truffle recipe
Yield: 25-30 truffles
Ingredients: 300g dairy-free dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids or above); 200ml coconut cream or thick coconut milk; zest 1 orange; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1 tsp ground ginger; pinch of salt; 80g cocoa powder; 50g crushed pistachios; edible glitter or edible lustre dust (optional)

These vegan and gluten-free spiced orange chocolate truffles are fudgy, zesty, decadent and full of aromatic spices. Dangerously easy to make (and eat)!
