Albion Nord is a London-based interior design and project management studio founded in 2017. The expanding Albion Nord portfolio is defined by an appreciation and adept interpretation of European Classicism and British style. Many of the projects are set in architecturally rich sites and feature a mix of exquisite antiques and contemporary design pieces for an overarching aesthetic that is eclectic yet refined. The design house’s four founders Anthony Kooperman, Ben Johnson, Camilla Clarke and Ottalie Stride, remain at the core of the business, leading the global portfolio of interior design projects. The studio has also launched a digital atelier, Our Shop, from which customers can purchase antique pieces and sourced items curated by Albion Nord’s Creative Directors.A passion for art and antiques combined with a studied understanding of design allows the team to bring together the old and the new and create carefully balanced, unique and timeless spaces. Albion Nord works closely with its clients, guiding them through their project with structure and confidence. The Studio’s strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and artisans, ensures only the highest quality of workmanship is delivered.The studio’s founders remain at the core of the business, leading the global portfolio of interior design projects. Directors Ben Johnson and Anthony Kooperman have both worked in the industry for over 30 years combined. Johnson has delivered numerous high-profile projects for a star-studded list of clientele, while Kooperman’s precision and focus ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.The joint Creative Directors, Ottalie Stride and Camilla Clarke share a sensibility that ensures a contemporary sophistication grounds all of the spaces they design and have been working together since 2014. Both Stride and Clarke are passionate about sourcing rare and unique antiques and objet, and believe these characterful pieces bring authenticity to the homes they create. They travel widely throughout Europe and have worked with an impressive address book of the best dealers in London, France and Belgium.
