2025 was brimming with lively, thought-provoking events. From a trip to Paris in January for Maison & Objet, to the 2026 London directory party at Lilibet's in November, The List's event programme had something for everyone. Here is a roundup of everything our members enjoyed this year…
Maison et Objet
We started the year off in style with a trip to Paris to attend the January edition of Maison et Objet. Our members were treated to breakfast in Maison's very chic VIP tent and then went on a private guided tour where they were shown the very best the show had to offer.
Treca
Treca Paris and Magniberg welcomed our members in their Chelsea showroom to discover their latest collections. The two brands offered a wealth of knowledge about their products and how they can be coupled together to create dreamy bedroom schemes.
Design Centre Chelsea Harbour
With a curated programme of tours, our members were able to explore some of the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour's tentpole events and find inspiration for their next project. From Design Week in March to Wow!House in June, each of our tours ended with a lovely breakfast from Social Pantry at The List's branded Cafe, the perfect way to network. In addition to the tours we also hosted an event with SOURCE, The Design Centre's personal shopping service which was hosted with Remy Mishon, House & Garden's decoration editor.
Alain Ellouz
We invited our American members to an evening with Alain Ellouz Paris in Tribeca, New York. Taking place during New York Design Week it was an evening full of drinks and canapés to celebrate the brand's beautiful new showroom and see their sculptural pieces in person.
Herve Baume
The French brand Hervé Baume invited our members to their showroom in Maison Bowery, New York to celebrate its 50th birthday. Delicious canapés and drinks were provided throughout the evening while everyone was given the opportunity to see the brand's exceptional outdoor furniture. The Hervé Baume team was there to help guests learn more about the beautiful craftsmanship that goes into every piece.
Officine Gullo
The List hosted an evening dedicated to calligraphy, cuisine and the visual legacy of Tuscan tradition with Officine Gullo at their showroom in Chelsea. Caterina Scardillo performed a live calligraphy demonstration inspired by historic recipe manuscripts and, after, offered guests the opportunity to get a personalised engraving on a special Officine Gullo notebook. An Italian aperitivo was offered to our guests while they perused the Officine Gullo showroom.
Design Social Pop-up
A new event opened its doors during London's exciting September event calendar, The Design Social, took place at Chelsea Old Town Hall and featured a talk with House & Garden's executive editor Laura Normanton and LA-based interior and textile designer Peter Dunham. Our members were given free tickets to talk where they learned more about Peter's career and textile designs.
Decorex
During the 2025 edition of Decorex, The List's Lucy Boulton spoke with Lucy Mayers of Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler about her design of the event's central bar. The talk, which took place during a private breakfast hosted by The List in the central bar, explored Lucy's inspiration for the space and gave insight into the process of executing the design.
Sofas & Stuff
The List hosted an evening with Sofas & Stuff at their new store in Richmond where our members were given the opportunity to discover the new space, with its extensive fabric library. House & Garden’s Elizabeth Metcalfe was also there to discuss why personality in design is more important than ever with Sofas & Stuff's CMO Ricky Partner who gave some insight into the company's design philosophy.
Warren Street Hotel
To celebrate the launch of The List's 2025 printed directory, we invited our US-based members to a party in New York at the very sophisticated Warren Street Hotel. Taking place in the hotel's beautiful Orangery, the party was hosted by House & Garden's Talib Choudhry who was there to meet our members for the first time.
Lilibet's
We welcomed the start of the holiday season and the publishing of The List's 2025 printed directory with our annual party at Lilibet's, Mayfair's newest and most glamorous opening. While sipping on a glass of Villa René Lalique Brut Champagne, our guests sampled some of the delicious Lilibet's menu including Carlingford oysters, vitello tonnato and seafood croquettes.
