About

A family practice, McLean Quinlan was founded in London in 1980. The studio creates distinct, beautifully crafted architecture in the town, the countryside, in the UK and overseas. The McLean Quinlan team loves what they do, delighting in the detail, the use of light and materials, the sensory, the tactile, and the making of spaces that age with grace. The practice's work is innovative, sustainable and responsible, employing the principles of Passivhaus, low-carbon materials and renewable technologies.
