With over 15 years of experience in architecture and design, including roles at leading firms across the country, founder Mel Bax brings a wealth of knowledge in the public realm, residential housing, and commercial development. Her expertise spans projects within conservation areas and properties with listed status, allowing the practice to confidently advise on projects of this nature.
