History

Founded in 2018 by Fiona Paré whose connection to property began in childhood, growing up surrounded by architects, building sites and endless possibilities for how a home could be shaped. After a successful career in the City as a Director at UBS she returned to her roots of buying, renovating and selling homes across London.

Queensdale began, as many good ideas do, around a kitchen table. Plans unfurled across the surface, builders to chase, layouts to tweak and finishes to choose. Clients came to Fiona and her team seeking clarity, needing a trusted guide to cut through the chaos, provide reassurance and knowledge, whilst also delivering on time and within budget.

Today, Queensdale is a membership platform where you can choose the level of support you require based on where you are in the journey, whether you’re furnishing your first home, expanding your rental property portfolio or planning a full reconstruction with a basement Queensdale is a recognised force in London’s property world and is the membership that pays for itself.
