The Folio Group was established in 2022 by Chris ‘Barny’ Barnard and Tim Murray who both came respectively from home staging and property backgrounds, with the specific aim of providing staging for prime and super prime properties. They felt that, whilst there were existing staging companies in London, few, if any, were providing the elevated offering required to maximise the sales potential of properties at the higher end of the market. Since launching, Folio has invested heavily in sourcing pieces from leading suppliers such as Soho Home, Tom Faulkner, Julian Chichester, Porta Romana, Andrew Martin and even beauty products from La Prairie. They also take great pride in championing young British artists such as Christabel Blackburn (a previous winner of Sky Portrait artist of the year), Rose England and Will Solomon.As such, their experienced design team are able to deliver bespoke design schemes for a diverse range of Prime and Super prime properties, from 1 bed apartments to large townhouses to warehouse conversions. In the two years since launching, Folio has become the ‘go-to’ luxury staging company for estate agents, developers and private clients within the Prime Central London property market.
