Ingredients: 175g soft brown sugar; 130ml vegetable oil or melted coconut oil; 275g plain flour; 2 tsp vanilla essence; 1tsp baking powder; 1tsp bicarbonate of soda; 125ml plant-based milk (oat/nut/soya/rice or dairy if preferred); 100g dried cranberries; 100g vegan marshmallows* (or non-vegan if preferred)
