To drink: This very sweet

and rich ice cream needs wine of similar sweet- ness, richness and

intensity. Côteaux du Layon Chaume, good Sauternes, Tokaji Aszú

(5 or 6 Puttonyos), or very sweet Muscat are all possible, but this

unusual South African is particu- larly good: Rustenberg Straw Wine
