Name: Sunflower bean dip with rustic sunflower breadsticks
Yield: Makes 12 breadsticks
Ingredients: 2 tbsp sunflower seeds; 250g (21⁄4 cups) wholemeal flour; 1⁄2 sachet instant yeast; 1 tsp sea salt; 160ml (6fl oz) warm water; 1 1⁄2 tbsp sunflower oil; 400g tin (4 cups) of drained cannellini beans; 2 tbsp sunflower oil; 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 tbsp sunflower seeds; Handful of fresh sunflower petals for serving
