Diana Henry's recipe for Bicerin, aka hot chocolate the Italian way

A speciality of Turin (chocolate is a big thing there), this is a great drink for chilly evenings. I have been known to add booze (grappa or brandy). You must imagine yourself in a mirrored Torinese café under crystal chandeliers as you drink it.
