Ingredients: 35g unsalted butter, melted; 60g walnut pieces; 4 sheets filo pastry; 1tbsp caster sugar; ½tsp ground cinnamon; 40g honey; 30g caster sugar; 1tsp orange blossom water; 1tsp lemon juice; 300g full-fat cream cheese; 50g icing sugar; 1tsp lemon juice; 250ml double cream; 15g chopped pistachios, to serve
